“Angie” P-47D-27-RE, serial number 42-26860 512th FS, 406th FG, 9th Air Force. Flown by Col. Anthony Grosetta. Based at Asch, Belgium, early 1945. Natural metal with yellow trim and Polished OD (not black) tailplanes. Note Curtiss Electric 13’ paddle bladed propeller and lighter blue stripe on tail.

“Little Ann” P-47D-27-RE, serial number 42-26922. 512th FS, 406th FG, 9th Air Force. Pilot Unknown. Based at Asch, Belgium, early 1945. Natural metal finish with yellow trim. Lower fuselage splattered with dried mud. Note Curtiss Electric 13’ paddle bladed propeller and darker blue stripe (overlay blue stripe from addendum sheet) on tail.

“Eileen” P-47-D-11-RE, serial number 42-75429. 84th FS, 78th FG, 8th Air Force. Flown by 1st Lieutenant Frank Oiler. Based at Duxford, England in early Summer, 1944.

“Wela Kahoe” P-47C-5-RE, serial number 41-6538. 334th FS, 4th FG, 8th Air Force. Shared by Capt. Bill Hollander and Capt. Stanley Anderson. Based at Debden, England, January, 1944. Finished in Olive Drab and Neutral Gray. Note early style cowl flaps, Curtiss Electric narrow blade propeller, and no wing pylons.
